Berwick is a town located in Kings County, Nova Scotia, Canada. It sits in the eastern part of the Annapolis Valley, positioned along the Cornwallis River. The town site extends southward from the river and Exit 15 of Highway 101 down to Highway 1.

Berwick occupies a total area of 6.53 square kilometres. The town sits at an elevation of 43 metres, or 141 feet, above sea level. Its position in the eastern Annapolis Valley places it within one of Nova Scotia’s most recognised inland regions, with the Cornwallis River forming a natural boundary along the northern edge of the town site.

Road Access and Location

The town is accessible via Highway 101, with Exit 15 serving as the primary interchange connecting the town to the provincial highway system. Highway 1 runs along the southern boundary of the town site, providing an additional corridor through the community. This positioning between two major roads reflects Berwick’s place within the broader road network of Kings County and the surrounding valley region.
