Musquodoboit Harbour is a rural community located within the Halifax Regional Municipality in Nova Scotia, Canada. It sits on the Eastern Shore at the mouth of the Musquodoboit River, approximately 45 kilometres east of downtown Halifax.

Despite its rural character, Musquodoboit Harbour functions as a service centre for many of the surrounding communities in the area. The community is home to a hospital, an RCMP detachment, a postal outlet, schools, a recreational centre, a library, and a municipal office, among other services.
